Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder. It is published in accordance with the provision of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the e-commerce website and mobile application, Outfit Fashion Destination (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. The Platform is owned, operated, and managed by Outfit Fashion Destination Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at GX3V+J24, Edappally – Panvel Highway, Kasaragod, Kerala 671121 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”, “Us”, “We”, or “Outfit Fashion Destination”).

By accessing, visiting, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be lawfully bound by the contents of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”). Except as otherwise specified, these terms and conditions do not apply to third-party products or services, which shall be governed by their own terms of service.

TERMS

2.1 By using/accessing the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms of Use, and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these terms from time to time.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, or the “User”) and Outfit Fashion Destination.

2.3 A User shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses, browses, transacts, or avails services on the Platform. By accepting these Terms, You also agree to be bound by our guidelines, rules, privacy policy, and other applicable policies, as updated from time to time.

2.4 If You do not agree with these Terms, You are prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2.5 Persons below 18 years of age may only use the Platform under parental or guardian supervision.

2.6 All donations (if any) made through the Platform are non-refundable and will be disbursed to the respective charitable organization, with user details shared for compliance and tax receipt purposes.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

3.1 The User represents that he/she is at least 18 years old and competent to contract under applicable law.

3.2 The User must ensure all registration and account information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. If the Company suspects inaccurate or false information, it may suspend, terminate, or block access.

3.3 The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and shall be liable for all activities conducted through the account.

3.4 The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and shall not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform in any way.

PERSONAL DATA

4.1 We will process personal and sensitive data provided by You in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, You consent to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of Your personal information for purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

4.2 Users may request account de-registration by contacting us at help@outfitfashion.com.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

5.1 The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Use of the Platform is at Your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5.2 We are not responsible for:

  • Personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the Platform or third-party products.
  • Unauthorized access to or use of servers or personal/financial information.
  • Interruptions or errors in Platform transmission.
  • Any errors or omissions in Platform content or linked materials.

5.3 We have a grievance redressal mechanism and a designated officer to address consumer complaints within 48 hours of acknowledgment and resolve them within one month.

5.4 As a marketplace entity, we do not impose cancellation charges unless similar charges are incurred by us or our sellers.

5.5 We record explicit consent from users for purchases and will effect refunds according to applicable law, including RBI guidelines.

5.6 We shall not manipulate prices or discriminate among users unfairly.
